These terms govern use of Syllabus Agent. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Study-assistance service

Syllabus Agent provides tools for organizing course information and generating AI-assisted study chat, flashcards, practice quizzes, and suggested schedules from text you provide. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular course. Verify deadlines, grading rules, citations, and important facts against official materials.

Academic integrity

Use the app as a study aid and follow your school’s academic-integrity rules. Do not use it to impersonate another person, misrepresent authorship, or complete a live graded assessment when assistance is prohibited.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your password. You may delete your account from Settings in the app.

Subscriptions

Pro features require an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription purchased through Apple. The App Store displays the exact price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or violate another person’s rights.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the app and its providers evolve.
